Today, 14 March, a workshop was held to transfer the results of the Elkartek KONFLOT project organised by the Basque Energy Cluster.
The workshop, which took place at the Tecnalia headquarters as coordinator, seeks to transfer the results obtained during two years of research into control co-design methodology in floating renewable generation devices.
The conference, presented by Marcos Suarez from the Basque Energy Cluster, began with a brief introduction to the project by Eider Robles from Tecnalia, highlighting, on the one hand, the most relevant milestones achieved in KONFLOT and, on the other hand, thanking the support shown by the member companies of the Advisory Committee: Hine, IDOM, Nabla Wind, Nautilus, Saitec and Sener.
After the presentation of the new KONFLOT+ proposal by Markel Peñalba from Mondragon Unibertsitatea, the attendees were divided into two groups, where the results obtained for each of the KONFLOT case studies were presented:
🔷 Floating wind case study.
🔷 Case study of wave energy
Finally, the attendees had the opportunity to share their opinion about the general interest of this project for the sector and their specific interest for their company.
